Meditative Writing Experience w/ Will Campos & Kelly D. Holstine

Join us for a healing mindfulness mediation and writing experience.

By first stopping to listen to our heart, mind, and body, we can then nurture the areas in our selves that have been pushed aside. We can then begin to comfort the oftentimes hurting child inside of us that has been abandoned for far too long. William will be leading the first portion of the class, which invites participants to slow down entirely—to enjoy a well-needed pause. This deep and purposeful pause sets the stage by disconnecting attendees from the outside world beyond the studio doors and connecting with the most profound parts of our mind.

Then we can participate in some reflective writing to help discover and process our inner thoughts and feelings.

All ages are welcome.

Max: 10 participants

FREE, donations accepted

William's passion is for wellness and healing in all of its forms: the environment, our physical health, and our mind. These three areas of our life experience need to be nurtured and tended to in order to optimize our sense of feeling well. William's wellness philosophy is reflected in his work within the community as an environmental volunteer and board member of the Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership and local coordinator for Water Action Volunteers, facilitator and creator of Sheboygan Mindfulness Sessions At Maywood Park, as well as his professional career as a cardiac-pulmonary nurse in Sheboygan. William's partnership with WordHaven BookHouse is meant to bring light to the benefits of mindfulness and meditation as a way to connect with our selves at a deeper level and from that space bring about optimized wellness.
